Ramps 1.4 MosFet Upgrade  

First i am going to Desolderer mosFet

Then i use a 3 pin jack to solder to the MosFet  pin holding 

i am using de soldering wig to 

remove the old soldering 

 then i take out of the mosfet from ramps 1.4 board 

then iam soldering 3 pin jake on the ramps 1.4 board 

first i take the jake male heat pin and female pin then

i connect to pin correct lee then pales correctly on the  

ramps 1.4 then soldering iron used to 

apply a little bit of soldering past on the pin 

then soldering it correctly 

then use cleaning solution used to clean it   

then connect female pin to correctly check it 

same procedure used to connect the other 2 mosfet connection 

you can see i relapse the all mosfet to 3 pi jack  dont throw throw the all mosfet we use to mosfet  

now i am check all connection you want Anny doubted about  please check ramps 1.4 schismatics 

next  we have  heave gage  wire cut 9 wire in 30cm length 

 

i am using old 3 pin jack so i remove the  all pin in the jack 

first take a sharp tool to used to remove the jack pin

then cut the wire from the pin  

then cut the wire

now soldering a wire on the pin 

use little bit of soldering past on the wire 

then soldering it easily 

then add heat sering tube on a wire 

then use liter or soldering iron used to sering a tube

then i pales  the pin  on the jack
